Shipping costs for each individual item are listed with their description. All web site orders will be shipped within seven business days of receiving payment. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, you will be notified as such and given an estimated date of shipment. We are often sell out of styles and sizes, so please be patient if you have ordered a backordered item. ATTENTION HOLIDAY SHOPPERS: If you wish to receive your package by Christmas, please order no later than FIVE BUSINESS DAYS prior to the 25th. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER: Please contact Suzy Hotrod with the details of your order — but most importantly include your shipping address and zip code. We use USPS (there are no tracking numbers), and we can only assess the status of your package if we have this information.
